random thought of the week:
rain is colourful! & !joyfuL!
oh why?
those who know me well,
will know that rain means a great deal to me!
everytime im sad (seldom!), raindrops will fall from the sky!
without fail!
and each time,
i'll go for a jog, with tears beads rolling down my cheeks,
but no one will notice because it sneaks in like the rain!
rain is like a God-sent gift to comfort me,
and it work wonders in lifting me from my grief!
but from now onwards, if there's a happy occasion, i shall run if it rains!
becoz it's a joyous thing to do!
and mayb i will really get to see colourful rain!
it's five days since i've joined amore fitness.
three days i've been to the gym.
but only one day that i've sweated.
i guess im more to intensive exercise.
and the classes available is not challenging enough for me!
but i shall perserve!
and take it as a chance to rest my knees well.
i shall start trainin for my nike race once my knee stops hurting:)

im tired.
