BE THOU MY VISION

foreveralone.

I've forgotten that laughing with a friend can make you feel less alone in this vast world, and that trite poems can renew you in a vulnerable moment.

Kum rant on; 11:45 PM

the starting line always seems ahead of us,
no matter how far we've tried to move towards it.

will it make a difference?
seems like we've been though this before,
this time round, the prospect looks more hopeful.

will i make a difference?
i don't where my courage lies.
but i'll try.

REFORMATION.
is it neccessary because there's always constant changes?
are we doing for the sake of doing so?
or afraid of extinction?

as my workplace has proven it,
i find the quartely feedback session a waste of time.
A standard routine with MORE WORDS than ACTIONS.
this has always been the case.
we give suggestions,
but we are too used to our comfort zone to want to change it.

and when things are being implemented,
people grumble because of the need to change.

the usual Singaporean style,
we will nudge alittle forward with alot of pushing by fellow peers who are in-charged of the "plans"
Poor fellows, aint they?

Still, i do see a need.
