Can i ask what is the purpose of relocating the trash bins and mail boxes to station entrances have to do with security?
TERRY:
So that people cannot drop bombs in the stations. It is harder to drop bombs when it is located near the entrances as there is higher survillence and more crowd.
MING:
Terrorists may thow bombs into the trash bins with the trash imitating as trashthen before the trash collector empties the trash, it explodesand kill a lot of passengers in the stations

Erm... So that Bombs cannot be hidden in the trashbins inside the stations, where there are more people and can be deadly if there really is a bomb detonated.
And if you were to say the bomb can explode at the entrance of the staion and still cause harm, then i guess my answer is not to have any trashbin anywhere. We should stuff litter into our own pockets.
