im DAMN DAMN angry now.
just checked on my absences leave.
and guess wat..
im absent for SERVICE on the 26th April!
hello.. i dun rmb being absent or late for any ssm lesson before.
if i recall correctly..
26/4/07 is the first lesson.
and i wore my apron inside out.
and they asked me to change.
i went to change & mayb they didnt mark me present.
im not really angry actually ..
more of being disappointed.
service is like one of my fav. lesson.
i love it.
but it frustrates me not to be able to perform or score well for it.
i broke down once.
and i disappointed Mr Goh.
since den.. I FEEL that he looked down on me.
like fr.. oh .. "this girl is one of the more alert ones"
to "i tink she just come for the sake of comin."
i can see it in the way he looked at me.
i hated it.
im not the same as those who try to take MC whenever possible.
when im sick i'll come.
when i know that there is not many ppl comin for that day, i'll still come..
even though i know that the day is goin to be tough.
although smtimes i say tat i want to clear annual leave...
i do not mean it at all.
im not like kim or kenneth who are gd at handlin customers or be a gd captain.
but at least i tried hard.
although my full effort cannot even match half of theirs.
sometimes i admire them.
and wonder where do they get all the skills n confidence from?
mayb they are born with it..
but im glad they r in my cls so i can learn fr them.
and cass.. i hope tat i can be in ur shoes..
to help out in the TCA's opening..

becoz i can't even perform well durin the ssm lesson itself.
now, the attandance is not perfect too.
i just sucks la.
mayb i shldnt be in the hospitality industry.
i know i shldnt demoralise myself like tat..
but i cant help feelin this way.
this is not e first time lei.
anyway.. i went for wagashi lesson tis mornin.
and look at what i made.
mochi and red bean pancake!
second mochi i made
purple mochi with strawberry as topping.

red bean pan cake + mochi + decorative items
i burnt my pancake slightly..
but it taste fantastic.
very crispy!!
if i have the time and money..
i wld make some for mr teo when i visit him on tchr's day..
and some for Coach!
it's quite fun actually.
i cant wait for culinary lesson next sem!
