WE are really PROUD of you guys!!
At first, we seniors expected to get low response.
i rmb when i first came as a freshie..
when e seniors requested for volunteers for cheerleadin..
i wanted to join but my frens were like..
erh... join cheerleadin. u crazy izzit?
so i didn't join in e end.
but this yr is diff..
we got overwhelming response fr e girls
tat we need to eliminate abt 20 girls.
tat's a gd start ( ^ . ^ )
den we trained u guys.
very cooperative. has e initiative to practice on ur own..
learned fast, always cheerful.
i expected some to complain when we teach you guys e shoulder sit & thigh stand.
but no.. u all were very willing to learn.
u guys really surprised us.
especially ur positive attitudes!
serene, lynna & me are very glad to have you guys.
And we think you make good cheerleaders!!
we are a team.
we are a special team tat is diff fr e rest.
the twenty of you were all freshies:)
unlike e other schs which almost half of e team comprise of year 2 or year 3.
tat's not wat we business want.
yes.. although having seniors can help to win..
like for e sci sch.. it helped them.
but this is freshman orientation.
it's meant for u freshies..
so we seniors can help u guys..
in planning.
but you guys shld participate totally.
tat's wat we believed.
im glad we held our beliefs.
And although you guys didn't win first..
although you guys got only e second place..
we believed you guys are the real champions.
be it in terms of spirits or in result.
you guys hav won our hearts.
but i've to admit im abit disappointed.
not wif e freshies of coz.
but wif e judges...
if it is secondary sch cheerleading..
den i've nothing to say.
but we r at a tietary level now.
this is a cheerleading competition.
shldn't we take cheerleading more seriously?
e main components of cheerleading comprises of cheer, stunts, tumbling and dance.
and for e judges criteria.. it's e outfit, formation, music/song, lyrics and all..
we business fulfilled both criteria e best.
our outfit stands out e most, our routine is e best..
im disappointed tat e judges dun see tat.
we shld have change e cheerleadin competition to talentime.
but well.. it's e process and not the result tat matters most.
although it's very tiring..
but i enjoyed myself alot.
i can say my second academic year in TP has started well because i met u guys!
