updates on CYA!
during e first CYA duty day
i was like.. being located in T2 Arrival?!?
so sian. BORING!!
hope to get a switch of location soon.
no luck!.. will be in T2 Arrival at least until jan.
but soon i begin to enjoy CYA more and more each day.
todae was better den ydae.
and i know next CYA day wld be better than today =)
however.. i still wld wan to change location if der's a chance.
today was better den ydae not becoz there's more hunks.
as i hav said.. mon not much hunks.
becoz of mon blues.
but my day today was bery meaningful becoz i helped alot of ppl.
n got to know more abt Changi Airport.
e main thing i did today was to help a m'sian "not- so" elderly man.
he was supposed to fetch his son in T1.
but he didnt know.
and he was in T2.
i saw he walked up and down T2.
so approached him whether he needed help.
tat time was abt 7.00pm
it was confirmed tat his son's flight has already landed at T1,4pm.
so his son has been waiting for him like 3hrs.
offered to walk him to T1
coz it'll be faster if i bring him to e place.
den he searchin for his son on his own.
so fr T2 arrival i walk him to e skytrain.
on our way..
he told me tat he rushed down fr m'sia
fr a hospital
becoz he just had a heart a attack.
poor fellow.
so wif e rain n traffic.
he ended up 3hrs late to fetch his son.
fortunately.. his nephew dorve him here.
he dun hav e contact of his 24 yr old son's telephone no.
so e only thing he can do is to search high and low for him.
his son is fr russia (? can't rmb e country)
his ex-wife lives der.
and on e skytrain..
he told me tat his an musician cum ad designer.
he has many occupation.
thus travel quite alot.
n Singapore changed so much.
so he was kinda of lost.
and he showed me his son photo.
found his son at e end of T1 arrival hall.
couldn't recognize his son coz he was fatter den in e photo.
but still quite thin for a guy.
e father and son finally reunited!!!
YAY!
hugged each other and i brought them back to T2 arrival
so e nephew can drive them home to m'sia.
tis incident took me abt half an hour to help e man.
coz he can't walk too fast
as he is on medication.
i felt very satisfised.
not becoz they expressed their thanks.
but tat im able to help them.
tat's e joy of being in the service industry
making ppl happy.
which in turn makes me happy=)
helped alot of backpackers too.
in turn i learn alot fr them..
coz they asked for diff services which i did not realise it existed.
and helped a man wif a telephone.
he was like sayin his coins got stuck in e phone.
wat can we do for him?
so i offered him my hairpin.
and we followed him to "dig" e coins out of e telephone.
and at least 30 cents dropped out=)
had quite a nice time today.
Thank God for it!
