well.. todae i went to church. i was telling how great the festival of praise was but my cell grp leaders said smthg which dumbfolded mi. she said did i sing becoz everyone was singing and tt the singers made me wanna sing ( empty headed worship) or is it becoz i really wan to praise God? i tink i belong to e first one bah. im a spectator "at a performance put on by the worship team and pastors. instead of responding to God, i take on a detached attitude, hoping tt e worship leader or e pastor will pique our intellect, lift our spirits". but tt's wrong.. totally wrong.
K. C Ptomey says" worship leaders r like prompters who stays behind the scenes. The worshippers are the actors. God is the audience". we muz noe tt every song we sing.. every word we say is a promise to God. God dun like people who make empty promises. And worship is something we should enter fully.. our soul.. our mind.. feelings, body and will. if during e times of worship u r thinking of smthg else like simple things" wat's for lunch". den u r doing it e wrong way. being a christian is easy.. substaining it is difficult. so i urge u brothers and sisters of Christ.. do it e right way.
